Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

A refund will only be issued if we terminate your order. There are no other circumstances in which you will be entitled to a refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We treat all customers equally and do not make exceptions to this policy.

Warranty Coverage

Each product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Electrical or mechanical damage due to incorrect wiring or overvoltage

  • Software or firmware modifications not approved by us

Warranty Service

If your product develops a fault covered under warranty:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our service center.

  4. Products must be shipped in their original packaging to ensure safe transport.

Products returned without authorization or outside the warranty terms will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
